Government officials can use FSS to order services from pre-qualified vendors, i.e., Townsend Management,  and bypass the traditional time-consuming, open-bid process.

Description

SIN 873-4: Geo-technical and Thermal/Fire Testing and Analysis Services:
"Services for geophysical and thermal/fire testing and analysis include, but not limited to, construction material testing (concrete, roof, asphalt, etc.,); geological material testing (soil, rock, etc.); geophysical testing; geosynthetic testing, seismographic testing, oceanographic testing; meteorological testing; thermal/heat testing (temperature, fire, flammability, smoke/toxicity, conductivity; and RELATED TRAINING -emphasis added".
